2. If that does not work: Notify your company's CloudMayor Administrator(s) to see if they can look up your email address and provide further assistance troubleshooting your account.

If you still cannot retrieve your email:

• Try other account email addresses you might have used.
• There might have been a typo in your email when you created your account.
• You might not have a CloudMayor Account.
